Families usually don’t come to therapy because anyone is doing something “wrong.” More often, they come in because communication feels strained, emotions run high, or the same patterns keep repeating despite everyone’s best intentions.
In family therapy, we focus on understanding how each person’s experience fits into the larger dynamic. The work is collaborative and curious, helping families shift from blame to understanding. Over time, families develop clearer communication, stronger emotional connection, and a calmer, more supportive way of relating to one another.
In family therapy, I take a collaborative, non-blaming approach. I help each family member feel heard while also looking at how patterns of communication and behavior interact. Together, we work toward clearer boundaries, healthier ways of expressing needs, and a shared sense of understanding that supports lasting change.
