Life transitions can be exciting and disorienting at the same time. Clients often come in saying things like “I don’t know who I am right now” or “Everything feels different, and I’m not sure where I fit.” Even expected changes can bring uncertainty, pressure, and emotional overwhelm.
Therapy becomes a place to pause and take stock. Together, we explore what’s changing, what’s being left behind, and what feels important moving forward. This work helps clients feel more grounded during periods of uncertainty and more confident navigating what comes next, without needing all the answers right away.
With life transitions, I help clients slow down and make sense of what’s changing internally as well as externally. We explore values, identity, and emotional responses that often surface during these periods, while building coping tools that support flexibility and resilience. My goal is to help clients feel more rooted in themselves, even when circumstances feel uncertain.
