Therapy with me is grounded, playful, and deeply human. I create a cozy, emotionally safe space where kids, teens, young adults, and families can slow down enough to notice what’s really going on underneath the overwhelm.
I help families make sense of their patterns, communicate with more ease, and create a calmer, more connected environment at home.
I work with kids and teens to understand their inner world, quiet the self-doubt, and build a more grounded sense of confidence and self-worth.
Together, we gently explore the heaviness underneath the sadness and rebuild a sense of connection, energy, and hope.
I support kids and teens through the messy, uncertain seasons of change so they can feel steadier, clearer, and more confident in their next step.

Helping teens and young adults untangle overwhelming worry and learn grounding tools that bring their mind and body back into balance.
My work is rooted in softness, curiosity, and genuine connection. I support kids, teens, and families through the tender, tangled parts of growing up: the feelings that feel too big, the moments that feel too sharp, and the transitions that feel too fast.
With children, I step into their world through play, letting their imagination guide the healing. With teens, I show up like an older sister — someone who listens closely, asks good questions, and helps them discover the strengths they don’t always see in themselves. I use a blend of play therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, tailoring each session to what feels right for their pace and personality.
